M.U.S.C.L.E. figures are popular little rubber figures with a cryptic imprint on the back reading Y/S N.T. This one is named Furashya Balloon, or Flash Balloon. He is orange.

Flash Balloon is, as far as I can tell, are genuine. He has a well-defined Y/S.N.T. mark consistent with Kinnikuman fiigures, and excellent detail. The colors are right according to charts I’ve seen. That having been said, buy at your own risk.

Sorry the picture is not the best. The figure has good detail that isn’t too apparent in the picture. Also, the black spot on the torso was something stuck on there. It came off when I wiped it later.
