These have the markings of genuine M.U.S.C.L.E. little rubber guys and are consistent in all details with what I’ve seen online but buy at your own risk

These collectible hard plastic figures were put out in the 80’s. In the U.S. they were distributed by Mattel. In Japan, by Bandai.
One main difference between Japan figures and those from U.S. was that the plastic used was softer. These are hard plastic.
