Sandy Olmec Doll - Your Favorite Baby Doll

9 1/2″ toddler doll with outfit

See picture of Sandy doll below

Olmec dolls are the vision of parent and president of Olmec Toys, Yla Eason. Named after an ancient Mexican civilation that sculpted African traders, the Olmec dolls were created to help the self-image of children of color. Other Olmec dolls include Tina, Kareema, Maria, Katia, Jennifer, Linda and Jamaica.

Sandy is new in original box and is from 1994. The box is together but scuffed and dented with age. The plastic has come loose on one side and has some chips out of it on the top. Sandy still looks good behind the plastic. I don’t see any noticable dirt or dust on her but she may have some dust, due to the plastic being loose. Her big brown eyes open and close properly. Because the plastic is loose on one side, I’ve reduced the cost of this Olmec Toys doll.
