Treasures and Collectibles for 3 -15-08
Today, I seemed to be finding gold-rimmed and other decorative plates. Also, some pez dispensers and some advertising collectibles in the form of cassette tapes. List below. Decorative Plates:
The Olympic Woman, Atlanta 1996 Decorative Plate, small. Gold-rimmed - 22k gold.
Avon 5th Anniversary Decorative Plate given only to Avon Representatives on their 5th year. This is a gorgeous plate. No box but does come with original foam packing plate came in. No nicks or scratches. Gold-rimmed in 22k gold.
“Inner Light” Porcelain Plate from Russ. Beautiful plate, like new in original box, with wonderful inscription. Includes easel for display but also has hook on back if you prefer to hang it.

Holly Hobbie Vase, 1993, “Start each day in a happy way”
A German Dirndl doll still new in her plastic display box. Not sure of age of this doll but she is plastic with open and close eyes and blonde hair. Beautifully clothed and in perfect condition except for slight fuzziness to feather on cap. I haven’t found this particular Dirndl doll online or in my reference books yet to know how to price her so if you collect Dirndl Dolls and want to make and offer, just let me know and I’ll be happy to send a picture of my Dirndl doll.
