I can’t find a date on this or any information online but, judging from make of the box, I am thinking probably early 80’s. This is an adorable birthday candle holder for that first birthday cake.
It’s a cute green dinosaur with yellow spots. New in box but dusty and box is missing one flap. Still closes but has some signs of wear. Picture available.
